3 Ingredient Green Juice

Creating fresh green juice can be both expensive and time-consuming. However, I've got a simple 3-ingredient green juice recipe for you.
The foundation of this rejuvenating blend is celery, surprisingly classified as an herb. Celery boasts numerous health advantages, including fostering gut health and possessing anti-inflammatory properties.
Another key ingredient is parsley, a personal favorite of mine. It not only detoxifies the kidneys but also serves as a natural diuretic, purifying the blood.
To complete the recipe, add apples, rich in pectin that functions as a prebiotic in the body. Enjoy this nutritious and easy-to-make green juice to kickstart your day!

Ingredients:
1 head of celery
1/2 bunch of parsley
2 honey crisp apples

Method:
Wash all ingredients
Put all ingredients through a juicer
Strain to remove excess pulp
Pour into a glass jar & enjoy!
